Overview

This guided paint party is perfect for birthdays, bachelorette parties, girls’ nights, team-building events, and more. Led in person by a professional art instructor, guests follow along to create the same painting in a relaxed, fun, and creative setting. No experience needed — just come ready to create and have fun.

Pricing

  • Flat Rate Package: $300 for up to 8 guests (minimum booking)

  • Additional guests: $35 per person

Add-On Options

  • Custom Artwork: +$75
    Want a custom design created just for your group? We’ll bring your vision to life with a personalized painting.

  • Pre-Sketched Canvases: +$5 per guest
    Recommended for detailed artwork (such as animals, buildings, or logos). This optional add-on provides guests with lightly outlined canvases to help guide them through more structured pieces.

  • Party Decor Package: +$10 per guest
    Includes coordinating table covers, cups, and decorative touches like florals or ribbons to match your party’s painting theme.

Setup & Arrival

  • Your instructor will arrive 30–60 minutes before your scheduled painting time to set up all art materials and prepare the space.

  • Please ensure tables and chairs are ready before arrival.

  • To keep the event flowing smoothly, the painting session will start and end promptly at the scheduled times.

Location & Travel

  • We serve Ventura County and surrounding areas, including: Moorpark, Simi Valley, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Oxnard, and nearby communities.

  • Travel Fee: There is no extra charge for events held within Ventura County. Events outside this area may incur a mileage-based travel fee. Please get in touch with us to confirm availability and pricing for your location.

Booking & Payment

  • A minimum deposit of $300 is required to reserve your party date and time. (Please note: this deposit is non-refundable as it secures your booking and covers preparation costs. However, you may reschedule your event once with advance notice, subject to availability.)

  • The final guest count is due 2 days before your event.

  • Any remaining balance must be paid 24 hours before the party.

  • Gratuities for instructors are optional but always appreciated.

Important Notes

  • Poppin’ Palette is a mobile paint party service — we do not provide tables, chairs, food, or beverages.

  • Setup and cleanup are included for all bookings.

  • Promotional offers do not apply outside of our standard service area.

  • For events outside of Ventura County, a travel fee may apply — please inquire before booking.

  • To respect everyone’s time and schedule, all sessions are limited to 2 hours. Any additional time will incur an overtime fee of $25 per 15-minute increment.
