Overview
This guided paint party is perfect for birthdays, creative playdates, and special celebrations for kids! Led in person by a professional art instructor, guests follow along to create the same painting in a relaxed, fun, and age-appropriate setting. No experience needed — just come ready to create and have fun.

We offer pre-sketched canvases featuring popular characters and kid-friendly themes to make painting even easier for young artists!
Don’t see what you’re looking for? Request a custom design, and we’ll create a themed stencil and lightly outline it on each canvas before the party — completely free! For mixed-gender parties, we can prepare two different but coordinated stencil themes (such as unicorns and dinosaurs), so every child has something they’re excited to paint. Just let us know your preferences when booking!
Party Decor Package: +$10 per guest
Includes coordinating table covers, cups, and decorative touches like florals or ribbons to match your party’s painting theme.
Setup & Arrival
Your instructor will arrive 30–60 minutes before your scheduled painting time to set up all art materials and prepare the space.
Please ensure tables and chairs are ready before arrival.
To keep the event flowing smoothly, the painting session will start and end promptly at the scheduled times.
Location & Travel
We serve Ventura County and surrounding areas, including: Moorpark, Simi Valley, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Oxnard, and nearby communities.
Travel Fee: There is no extra charge for events held within Ventura County. Events outside this area may incur a mileage-based travel fee. Please get in touch with us to confirm availability and pricing for your location.
Booking & Payment
A minimum deposit of $300 is required to reserve your party date and time. (Please note: this deposit is non-refundable as it secures your booking and covers preparation costs. However, you may reschedule your event once with advance notice, subject to availability.)
The final guest count is due 2 days before your event.
Any remaining balance must be paid 24 hours before the party.
Gratuities for instructors are optional but always appreciated.
Important Notes
Poppin’ Palette is a mobile paint party service — we do not provide tables, chairs, food, or beverages.
Setup and cleanup are included for all bookings.
Promotional offers do not apply outside of our standard service area.
For events outside of Ventura County, a travel fee may apply — please inquire before booking.
To respect everyone’s time and schedule, all sessions are limited to 2 hours. Any additional time will incur an overtime fee of $25 per 15-minute increment.
