Overview
This one’s for the animal lovers! Whether it’s a pup, kitty, bird, bunny, or even a bearded dragon — celebrate your furry (or feathered) friend with a Paint Your Pet party. Led in person by a professional art instructor, each guest paints a custom portrait of their own pet using a pre-sketched canvas. We'll guide the group step-by-step in a relaxed, fun, and creative setting. No experience needed — just bring your love for your pet and a great photo!

What We’ll Need
To make this experience extra special:
Each guest must submit a clear, well-lit photo of their pet at least 3 days before the event
One pet per canvas
Late submissions may result in simplified or default pet outlines
Setup & Arrival
Your instructor will arrive 30–60 minutes before your scheduled painting time to set up all art materials and prepare the space.
Please ensure tables and chairs are ready before arrival.
To keep the event flowing smoothly, the painting session will start and end promptly at the scheduled times.
Location & Travel
We serve Ventura County and surrounding areas, including: Moorpark, Simi Valley, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Oxnard, and nearby communities.
Travel Fee: There is no extra charge for events held within Ventura County. Events outside this area may incur a mileage-based travel fee. Please get in touch with us to confirm availability and pricing for your location.
Booking & Payment
A minimum deposit of $300 is required to reserve your party date and time. (Please note: this deposit is non-refundable as it secures your booking and covers preparation costs. However, you may reschedule your event once with advance notice, subject to availability.)
The final guest count is due 2 days before your event.
Any remaining balance must be paid 24 hours before the party.
Gratuities for instructors are optional but always appreciated.
Important Notes
Poppin’ Palette is a mobile paint party service — we do not provide tables, chairs, food, or beverages.
Setup and cleanup are included for all bookings.
Promotional offers do not apply outside of our standard service area.
For events outside of Ventura County, a travel fee may apply — please inquire before booking.
To respect everyone’s time and schedule, all sessions are limited to 2 hours. Any additional time will incur an overtime fee of $25 per 15-minute increment.
